Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, no penalty will be applied if it is communicated at least 30 calendar days before the start date of the reservation.
If the cancellation is communicated at least 15 calendar days in advance, a penalty of 50% of the total reservation amount will apply.
Purchase Procedure
Products to be purchased must be selected and added to the shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding icon.
The shopping cart will include the reference of the selected product, your first and last name, quantity, email address, landline/mobile phone number, the price in the corresponding currency (taxes included), confirmation that the order will be collected in person at the Pur Barcelona restaurant, as well as the specified date and time for collection.
Purchase Confirmation
Once the purchase order has been completed, a summary will be displayed identifying the item purchased, its total price (taxes included), and the delivery details. The order must be confirmed by clicking the “Accept Purchase” button.
